1. Mount Everest – 29,035 Ft.
(credit : google) Mount Everest is located on the border between Tibet and Nepal in the Himalaya Mountains in Asia. Everest is situated on the Tibetan Plateau known as Qing Zang Gaoyuan; the summit is directly between Tibet/China and Nepal.
2. K2 – 28,238 Ft.
(credit : google)-also known as Mount Godwin Austen and as Dapsang. The peak, 28,238 feet (8,607 meters) high, is in the Karakoram Range of northern Jammu and Kashmir, near the border of Pakistan and China. It was given the name K2 because it was the second peak measured in this range. It was also named Godwin Austen for the peak’s first surveyor, H.H. Godwin Austen, a 19th-century English geographer.
3. Kanchenjunga – 28,208 Ft.
(credit : google)-It is situated in the eastern Himalayas on the border between Sikkim state, northeastern India, and eastern Nepal, 46 miles (74 km) north-northwest of Darjiling, Sikkim. The mountain is part of the Great Himalaya Range.
4. Lhotse – 27,923 Ft.

5. Makalu – 27,842 Ft.
(credit : google)- located 19 km (12 mi) southeast of Mount Everest, on the border between Nepal and China.
